Shipping & Returns




We roast all coffee to order because we believe your coffee should arrive perfectly fresh. 

  • Orders in by Tuesday at midnight will be roasted & shipped on Thursday. 
  • Orders in by Friday at noon will be roasted & shipped on Monday. 

*There will be no shipping the day before a public holiday to ensure the coffee is kept fresh*

We ship most packages with Sendle. some orders may be shipped with Australia post, fastway couriers and couriers please . Please check your email for tracking information.

Christmas and Easter Shipping

Christmas and Easter can impact transit times with our shipping providers. We often take orders early when this happens. Please contact us at orders@kenziecoffee.com.au if you are trying to target a specific delivery date during the Christmas and Easter and we'll do our best to make it happen. 


Customers can return merchandise within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund on the shipping cost or provide return shipping. We’ll help you make a return or make the situation right if you received damaged product if you email us at orders@kenziecoffee.com. Please take a photo of damaged product and send along with your email.

Coffee is a perishable product so we do not accept returns or issue refunds. If an error was made, you're not happy with the coffee, or you received damaged product, please email us so we can make it right.
